In stock items will ship within 7 business days after purchase. Made to order and out of stock items will ship within 4-5 weeks unless otherwise specified. We will email you with tracking information when your order has been sent.
Shipping
Signature is required upon delivery. Woodland Jewellers Ltd. is not liable for lost shipments when tracking states that the item has been delivered. Woodland Jewellers Ltd. is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company.
*If your package is sent back to Woodland Jewellers Ltd. for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.*
Exchanges and Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition and accompanied by original gift box with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact. Sale items, special and made to order, altered pieces (including ring sizing) and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.
