Refund policy
Exchanges and Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition and accompanied by original gift box with all warranty cards and explanation booklets intact. Sale items, special and made to order, altered pieces (including ring sizing) and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.
Special Orders
All special orders require a 50% deposit and are non-cancellable. Special orders are not refundable or exchangeable. A special order includes any jewellery, gemstone or watch that has to be ordered to accommodate the client’s request for an alternative style, size, metal or colour that is not available in stock.
Custom Work
Custom designed jewellery involves metals, gems, and labour furnished for a specific client. Custom jewellery is non-refundable and requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before the work begins. Every effort will be made to accurately manufacture or produce item(s) so ordered. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client’s complete satisfaction.

Gift Certificates

Layaway Policy
In consideration of merchandise being set aside, a down payment of 25% is required. Layaway payments are required to be completed within 90 days. Merchandise placed on layaway will be held for a period of 90 days from the date on the receipt. If no satisfactory arrangements have been made for full payment beyond the end of this period, the item(s) will be returned to stock. At our discretion only, layaways may be cancelled in the event of special circumstances.
Repairs
Work done at customer’s risk. Customer’s jewellery can be accepted for repair, sizing and/or remounting with the understanding that all work is to be done at the customer’s risk. This is due, but not limited to, light weight mountings, flawed or fragile or chipped stones, poor manufacturing, very worn items, poor workmanship by a previous jeweller, or sizing up or down beyond limits of ring. Liability for any damage or loss of items shall be limited to actual cost to repair or replace the item(s). This store shall not be held responsible for the following: identification or condition of jewellery at time of receipt; altered, treated, or enhanced diamonds or coloured stones; and/or pieces that are unmarked or marked incorrectly. All repairs shall be paid in full upon completion. Pickup shall be made upon completion of each item. Repairs will be called once per month for four months to remind of pickup. If no contact is made with the customer, we will classify the repair as unclaimed. Unclaimed repairs will go for donation or refining at 1 year from the unclaimed status date. Unclaimed repairs will be contacted at 6 months for pickup and reminder of this policy and at 1 year to notify it will be going for donation or refining.
Service and Cleaning
We will clean your jewellery (ultrasonic and steam) and check the settings free of charge. We recommend this be done every 6 months. We are not responsible for any gemstones falling out of their settings due to worn prongs and settings when cleaning.
Watch Repair Guarantee
All watch overhauls are guaranteed for 12 months. There is no guarantee for moisture, bands, crystals or minor repairs. Replacement of watch battery does not guarantee function or water resistance. Battery life is guaranteed for 12 months.
